My name’s Liz Murphy. I am based in Montreal, QC but I grew up in Virginia. I’ve been an outdoor enthusiast since I was a kid. It started with a childhood spent outside playing in the woods with friends and trail running with my school’s cross country team. Now I love hiking, running, and camping and try to go outside as much as possible.
